Built a Generative AI underwriting assistant using GPT‑4, Azure OpenAI and LangChain, enabling underwriters to query policy guidelines, manuals and historical claims in plain English. Designed and owned an end‑to‑end RAG pipeline that ingested policy documents, claims manuals, regulatory content and broker agreements into FAISS and Azure AI Search, fine‑tuning chunking and retrieval for accurate answers. Developed a GPT‑4 claims summarisation service to transform lengthy claim narratives into concise summaries.
