Delivery Leader – Government Consulting (Chad)

About the role

As a Delivery Leader you will partner with governments across Francophone African countries to design and implement strategies that fulfill policy commitments. The position focuses on health sector delivery and involves engaging senior officials such as mayors, prime ministers, and presidents to drive measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Build trust‑based relationships with government clients, partners and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
• Provide coaching and guidance to client teams, enabling tangible, measurable results.
• Conduct data collection and analysis, extract insights and develop actionable recommendations.
• Design, sequence and implement prioritized reforms aligned with government strategy.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings and training sessions to build delivery capacity.
• Produce high‑quality presentations, reports and communication materials for decision‑makers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree a plus) with 3‑8 years of experience in public‑sector consulting, international organizations or similar.
• Demonstrated experience delivering project results and client‑facing delivery.
• Business‑level proficiency in French and English.
• Existing right‑to‑work documentation for Chad and willingness to relocate within Sub‑Saharan Africa.
