French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate who can deliver friendly, professional assistance to our customers via voice calls and live chat. You will help resolve inquiries, track orders, explain products, and troubleshoot issues while creating positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems step‑by‑step and guide them to solutions.
• Log every interaction precisely in our support system.
• Identify recurring issues, share feedback, and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
• Reliable laptop (i5 or higher) and high‑speed internet connection.
