Customer Service Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join the Operations team of a leading financial and insurance organisation. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for end‑customers, delivering reliable day‑to‑day support and accurate information about the company’s products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily contact with end customers through phone, email or chat.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer queries.
• Provide precise and reliable answers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Strong spoken and written Dutch and French; good English is a plus.
• Strong interest in finance and banking products.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
