Finance & Accounts Manager (India & Australia)

About the role

The Finance & Accounts Manager will oversee all financial activities for our operations in India and Australia. You will be responsible for budgeting, reporting, invoicing, payroll, and profitability analysis, ensuring compliance with local regulations and supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop departmental budgets and prepare regular financial reports.
• Process invoices using the CRM system and XERO accounting software.
• Manage payroll for Australian and Indian teams.
• Analyse profitability per service, per employee and per billable hour.
• Produce weekly financial reports for the CEO.
• Handle bookkeeping duties for both Australian and Indian entities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of financial management experience, with 5‑10 years overall in finance.
• Chartered Accountant qualification.
• Strong analytical, budgeting and strategic thinking abilities.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of Australian bookkeeping practices.
