About the role

TalentPop is seeking a French‑English bilingual professional to provide non‑voice customer support through chat and email. This fully remote position focuses on delivering clear, courteous assistance and ensuring a smooth experience for our e‑commerce customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat and email.
• Assist with order questions, account issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide accurate, written solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent service quality.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing skills in both French and English.
• At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
