About the role
We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers from Spanish‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat, delivering professional, clear, and friendly assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely, accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
- Troubleshoot issues, guide customers step‑by‑step, and resolve inquiries.
- Log all interactions precisely in our CRM system.
- Identify trends, share feedback, and help improve processes.
- Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of remote customer service experience.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
- Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
