French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate who can deliver friendly, professional assistance to our customers via voice calls and live chat. The role is fully remote and focuses on helping users from Spanish‑speaking regions while communicating fluently in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate support through phone and chat in French and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, guide users step‑by‑step, and ensure resolutions.
• Log all interactions precisely in our ticketing system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
