French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑language customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat and email. The role combines problem‑solving with friendly communication to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier support in French and English through voice calls and chat sessions.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, solution‑focused resolutions.
• Build strong relationships by communicating clearly and empathetically.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑oriented under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
• General CRM system knowledge.
