Grants and Partnership Coordinator – Sudan Operations

About the role

Solidarites International is seeking a Grants and Partnership Coordinator to support its emergency response in Sudan from its base in N'Djamena. The role will focus on managing donor‑funded grants, ensuring compliance, and strengthening partnerships with local and international actors across WASH, shelter and food security programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of grants from donors such as SHF, CDCS, ECHO and BHA.
• Prepare and submit regular financial and narrative reports to donors.
• Liaise with the 22 expatriate and 6 national staff in N'Djamena to align grant activities with programme objectives.
• Support the development of partnership agreements with local NGOs and other humanitarian actors.
• Assist the Emergency Response Team in rapid‑response WASH, shelter/NFI and food interventions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in grant management within humanitarian or development contexts.
• Ability to work in conflict‑affected environments and coordinate multi‑partner projects.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with fluency in English.
• Knowledge of donor requirements and compliance procedures.
