Junior Graphic Designer – Marketing & Communication

About the role

Luminex Network Intelligence is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join its Marketing & Communication team. You will support the creation of high‑quality visual assets that reflect the brand’s clarity, reliability, and professionalism across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Produce graphic assets for marketing, press, sales, product communication, events, internal communication and digital channels.
• Create and adapt visuals such as banners, social media assets, product visuals, newsletter images, website graphics, campaign assets and event materials using existing renders, icon sets and templates.
• Prepare and clean up technical documents, product sheets, manuals, support documents and presentations to follow the Luminex visual style.
• Support the creation, maintenance and improvement of company templates (Word, PowerPoint, branded layouts) ensuring correct typography, spacing, layout, color usage, logo placement and visual hierarchy.
• Assist the Senior Graphic Designer in translating the visual identity into day‑to‑day production output.
• Maintain an organized graphic asset library, including source files, exported assets and templates.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Support and Technical Documentation teams to deliver appropriate visual output.
• Handle fast‑turnaround production requests while preserving quality and consistency.

Required profile

• Strong visual precision – keen eye for layout, spacing, alignment and consistency.
• Hands‑on production mindset – enjoys creating, adapting, exporting and resizing visual assets.
• Affinity for brand consistency – able to work within an established visual identity.
