Junior Project Coordinator – Life Sciences

About the role

As a Junior Project Coordinator in the Life Sciences sector, you will support the day‑to‑day execution of pharmaceutical and engineering projects. Working under senior project leaders, you will help keep projects on track through strong organization, communication, and follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to ongoing project activities.
• Monitor project progress and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date documentation.
• Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track actions.
• Facilitate smooth communication across stakeholders and escalate issues when needed.
• Track actions, risks, and deadlines, escalating potential problems to senior leads.
• Support scheduling and resource coordination to keep deliverables on track.
• Assist with project status reporting, dashboards, and progress updates.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management within the Life Sciences industry.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP principles, and regulatory constraints.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Curious, proactive, structured, and eager to develop project management skills in a regulated environment.
