About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Lifeguards to ensure safety and deliver an excellent experience for members at our indoor and outdoor pools across Europe. As part of a premium health and wellness group, you will be the first line of defence for poolside safety while supporting a vibrant community.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas continuously to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies.
• Conduct regular pool water quality tests and maintain accurate documentation.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and club policies.
• Assist members with queries and promote a welcoming environment.

Required profile

• Hold a valid NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) certification.
• Passion for health, fitness, and water safety.
• Strong communication, active listening, and teamwork skills.
