About the role

We are looking for a passionate Lifeguard to join our team at David Lloyd Clubs, Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe pool environment and ensuring members enjoy a great experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor poolside areas to guarantee the safety of all members and guests.
• Conduct regular pool water tests and record results according to company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate health‑and‑safety documentation at all times.
• Enforce compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Provide assistance and guidance to members as needed.

Required profile

• Hold a valid NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) certification.
• Strong passion for health, fitness and wellbeing.
• Excellent communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset, willing to share knowledge and best practices.

Required skills

• NPLQ lifeguard certification.
