About the role

We are looking for a passionate Lifeguard to ensure safety and a great experience for members at our indoor and outdoor pools. You will be the front‑line guardian of poolside health and safety, supporting a vibrant community of health‑focused members.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas continuously to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies.
• Conduct regular pool water quality tests and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company guidelines.
• Assist members with a friendly, professional attitude, promoting a safe and enjoyable environment.

Required profile

• Hold a valid NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) certification.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Team‑player mindset, willing to share knowledge and best practices.
• Passion for health, fitness, and water safety.
