About the role

We are looking for a passionate Lifeguard to join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group. You will be responsible for maintaining safety at our indoor and outdoor pools and ensuring members enjoy a great experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor poolside areas to ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Conduct pool water tests according to company guidelines and record results accurately.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of safety checks and incidents.
• Provide immediate assistance to members and respond to emergencies.

Required profile

• Hold a valid NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) certification.
• Passion for health, fitness and wellbeing.
• Strong communication, engagement and active listening abilities.
• Team‑player attitude, willing to share knowledge and best practices.
