Lifeguard – Pool Safety

About the role

Join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group as a Lifeguard. You will be the front‑line guardian of safety at one of our 180 indoor and outdoor pools, ensuring members enjoy a safe and pleasant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor poolside areas to guarantee the safety of all users.
• Conduct regular pool water quality tests in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate health‑and‑safety documentation and records.
• Enforce compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Provide assistance and guidance to members, promoting a positive club atmosphere.

Required profile

• Hold a valid NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) certification.
• Passion for health, fitness and water safety.
• Strong communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset, willing to share knowledge and best practices.
