Pharmacy Manager – Nuclear Radiopharmacy (Night Shift)

About the role

Siemens Healthineers PETNET Solutions is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead operations at its nuclear radiopharmacy. This full‑time, primarily night‑shift position ensures the reliable production and distribution of PET radiopharmaceuticals to imaging centers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee production of radionuclides and preparation/testing of radiopharmaceuticals.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely dose fulfillment.
• Manage financial performance, including P&L responsibilities.
• Supervise pharmacy staff and handle human‑resource functions.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, radiation‑safety regulations, pharmacy laws, and corporate policies.
• Coordinate with the corporate radiation safety program and licensing commitments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a nuclear or radiopharmacy environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to flexible scheduling.
• Commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards.
