Spa Host – Premium Health & Wellness Club

About the role

As a Spa Host you will be the first point of contact for members visiting our premium spa retreats. You will welcome guests, explain the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room, and ensure the environment meets the high standards expected of a luxury wellness club.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in members with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Explain the purpose and benefits of each spa treatment area.
• Maintain the spa’s cleanliness and tidiness at all times.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are presented to premium standards.
• Assist with booking and scheduling of spa services as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a premium customer‑service environment.
• Strong passion for health, wellbeing and wellness.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self‑starter who takes pride in delivering a high‑quality experience.
