Spa Host – Premium Health & Wellness Club

About the role

As a Spa Host you will be the first point of contact for members visiting our premium spa retreats. You will welcome guests, explain the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room, and ensure the environment reflects the high standards of our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in members, creating a warm and professional first impression.
• Explain the features and benefits of each spa treatment area.
• Maintain the spa’s cleanliness and tidiness to premium standards.
• Assist with any member enquiries related to spa services.
• Support the team in delivering a seamless, high‑quality member experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a premium customer‑service environment.
• Passion for health, wellbeing and wellness.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Self‑starter who takes pride in delivering great experiences.
