Spa Host – Premium Spa Ambassador

About the role

As a Spa Host you will be the first point of contact for members visiting our premium spa retreats. You will welcome guests, explain the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room, and ensure the spa environment meets the high standards expected by our members.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in members with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Provide clear information about spa treatments and their benefits.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of all spa areas at all times.
• Uphold premium service standards and support a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a premium customer‑service environment.
• A genuine passion for health, wellness and wellbeing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self‑starter who takes pride in delivering high‑quality experiences.
