Spa Host – Premium Spa Team Member

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Spa Host to join our premium spa retreats. As the first point of contact, you will welcome members, explain the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room, and ensure a relaxing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in members with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Explain the features and benefits of each spa treatment and facility.
• Maintain the spa area to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist with booking or scheduling of treatments when required.
• Promote additional services and club benefits to members.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a premium customer‑service environment.
• Strong passion for health, wellbeing and hospitality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self‑motivated and takes pride in delivering a high‑quality experience.
