Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members entering the spa area.
• Explain the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room.
• Maintain the spa’s cleanliness and tidiness to premium standards.
• Support members in selecting appropriate treatments and answer basic queries.
• Collaborate with the spa team to uphold a seamless member experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a premium customer‑service environment.
• Strong passion for health, wellbeing and hospitality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self‑starter who takes pride in delivering high‑quality experiences.
