Work-from-Home French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will interact with customers from French-speaking regions, providing assistance through chat, email and phone while representing our e-commerce brand.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email and phone.
• Guide customers step-by-step to resolve technical, order-related or account issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our CRM system.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least one year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
