Facility Manager

About the role

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance and development of facilities for a large international client. In this role you will act as a key partner for the client, suppliers and internal teams while leading a local FM team to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and coordinate the FM team, including task planning, performance management, onboarding and training.
• Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of buildings and technical installations in collaboration with technicians, suppliers and external partners.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, conduct meetings and follow‑up on operational issues.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, variance analysis and coordinate both minor and major operational and investment projects.
• Conduct building inspections to guarantee quality, compliance with local regulations and internal procedures.
• Implement and monitor environmental, health and safety (EHS/QHSE) procedures.
• Oversee supplier management, procurement, contract review and invoicing.
• Identify improvement opportunities, optimise processes and support teams with best practices in facility management.

Required profile

• Structured, solution‑oriented leader with experience in facility management or building operations.
• Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate multiple stakeholders and handle complex issues.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, reporting and cost control.
• Knowledge of EHS/QHSE standards and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities.
