Warehouse Operation Assistant (Bilingual Mandarin)

About the role

YQN, a leading international logistics platform, is looking for a bilingual Warehouse Operation Assistant to support daily warehouse activities. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will help ensure smooth shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment while leveraging your Mandarin language skills.

Key responsibilities

• Manage warehouse inventory and keep the database up‑to‑date in the company system.
• Coordinate and schedule product movement throughout the warehouse.
• Adjust storage space assignments to optimise the flow of finished products.
• Verify item availability for shipment by checking inventory records or conducting physical counts.
• Manually handle, repack, or restack pallets of finished goods as needed.
• Document all activities and complete required forms and reports.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Warehouse Manager.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations (preferred but not required).
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and write Chinese (Mandarin).
