Administrative, Logistics & Project Support Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a qualified Non-Key Expert to provide administrative, logistical and project support for the Africa-EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost). The role involves ensuring smooth implementation of programme activities, from contract monitoring to event organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational and logistical support to programme implementation, including contract and activity monitoring.
• Support financial reporting and assist in the preparation of financial documents.
• Organise and coordinate meetings, webinars, workshops, missions and other events related to the project.
• Coordinate project‑related activities and ensure timely communication among stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year) in administration, project management, finance, communication, social sciences or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in project administration, contract monitoring, logistics or operational support.
• At least one year of experience supporting donor‑funded or international programmes, including financial reporting and event organisation.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese considered an asset.
• Experience working in Africa is an advantage.
