Bid Project Manager – Water and Wastewater Projects

About the role

Krüger, Veolia’s water technology expert in the Nordics, is seeking a Bid Project Manager to lead and coordinate bid processes for large and complex water and wastewater projects, mainly public tenders. You will work with Danish and Norwegian clients, shaping winning proposals through close collaboration with bid teams and technical specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate end‑to‑end bid processes, ensuring timely submission.
• Write technical and non‑technical tender descriptions independently and with input from stakeholders.
• Collect, structure and integrate technical, commercial and process‑related inputs into a unified proposal.
• Develop winning strategies in partnership with colleagues.
• Plan and manage schedules, resources and milestones throughout the bid lifecycle.
• Ensure all bid materials meet Krüger’s quality standards and contractual requirements.

Required profile

• Relevant education, preferably in water or environmental engineering.
• Documented experience in tender management and complex bid processes within relevant industries.
• Strong ability to work at the intersection of technology, process and business.
• Structured, goal‑oriented approach with a focus on progress and quality.
• Capability to maintain overview of complex processes, coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment.
