Hemostasis Sales Specialist

About the role

The Hemostasis Sales Specialist (Coagulation) drives growth for Siemens Healthineers' Hemostasis portfolio, leading high‑value sales engagements across hospitals, IDNs, reference labs and academic centers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and specialty growth strategies for Hemostasis (Coagulation) including account prioritization and multi‑year revenue planning.
• Lead complex, high‑value sales cycles with executive discovery, stakeholder mapping, business‑case creation and contract negotiation.
• Build executive‑level relationships with C‑suite, laboratory, clinical, procurement, IT and finance leaders to position Siemens Healthineers as the preferred partner.
• Present integrated automation and informatics value propositions that improve throughput, standardisation and financial outcomes.
• Orchestrate matrixed team‑selling across diagnostics, marketing, scientific affairs, service and finance to deliver coordinated enterprise strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory solutions or medical devices.
• Proven record of leading enterprise‑level engagements across hospitals, IDNs, reference labs and academic centers.
• Ability to travel up to 75 % of the time and reside within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑engagement skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
• Familiarity with Miller Heiman methodology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
