IT Service Delivery Manager – Lead IT Services Across Africa

About the role

Inkomoko is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to ensure that its IT services are reliable, responsive, secure, and aligned with the needs of teams across multiple African countries. You will lead day‑to‑day service management, oversee the Service Desk, and coordinate IT operations across sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the effective delivery of IT services across Inkomoko’s regional offices.
• Ensure IT services meet agreed service levels, performance standards and business requirements.
• Define and enforce consistent service delivery standards and practices across countries and locations.
• Maintain visibility of IT service performance, risks and operational issues.
• Develop and maintain the IT service catalogue in collaboration with technology owners.
• Educate users on available IT services and appropriate support channels.
• Coordinate dependencies between Service Delivery, Infrastructure, Information Security and Software Engineering teams.
• Drive continuous improvement through standardisation, automation and user‑focused enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing IT service delivery and Service Desk operations.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams including infrastructure, security and software engineering.
• Excellent communication skills to convey service standards and support processes to users.
• Track record of implementing service management processes and performance measurement.
