Pharmaceutical Lab Technician (Radiopharmaceutical Production)

About the role

We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Lab Technician to join Siemens Healthineers’ radiopharmaceutical production team. The role supports the synthesis, quality control, packaging and logistics of PET imaging agents, ensuring strict regulatory compliance and patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Operate chemistry instruments such as HPLC, GC, TLC and cyclotron for routine manufacturing and quality control of radiopharmaceuticals.
• Prepare products for shipment, coordinate courier logistics and provide customer support.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of critical analytical equipment.
• Maintain aseptic cleanroom environments and conduct regular environmental monitoring.
• Document manufacturing, quality control, maintenance activities and handle deviations or out‑of‑specification events.
• Assist with laboratory inventory management, housekeeping and adherence to safety protocols for radioactive materials.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; specialized training or certification in laboratory techniques may be required.
• Willingness to work primarily overnight shifts and rotate to alternative shifts as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lb and work in a fast‑paced laboratory environment.
