Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer support team. You will be the friendly voice and chat partner for French‑speaking customers, helping them navigate our e‑commerce platform, resolve issues, and enjoy a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous assistance in French and English via phone and live chat.
• Troubleshoot order, product, and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our CRM system.
• Spot recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
