Sales Assistant – Luxury Retail (Weekend)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our Max Mara boutique in Inno Shopping Wiluwe on a weekend schedule. Working 38 hours per week, you will play a key part in delivering a premium customer experience and supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized advice to customers, aiming to turn first‑time visitors into loyal clients.
• Maintain the store’s visual standards, atmosphere, and brand image.
• Assist with processing deliveries, stock replenishment, and order management.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and ensure a smooth shopping environment.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and a strong interest in the luxury segment.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a high‑end environment.
• Charismatic, outgoing, flexible and comfortable handling new challenges.
• Goal‑oriented while fostering team spirit and taking responsibility.
• Well‑groomed appearance that aligns with the Max Mara brand.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with standard IT tools used in retail operations.
