SAP Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

TheValueChain is seeking an experienced SAP Recruiter to support its rapid growth across Europe. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top SAP talent to meet the needs of our consulting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract SAP professionals through multiple sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates, manage the interview process, and guide them through the recruitment journey.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
• Maintain a warm pipeline of freelancers, payroll, active and passive candidates.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment strategy initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP recruitment or a similar HR role.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proactive, results‑driven mindset with the ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms.
