Senior Finance Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Consultant to be the primary finance contact for a portfolio of fast‑growing Danish startups. Working alongside our AI‑driven bookkeeping agents, you will ensure the accuracy of financial data and act as the trusted advisor our clients rely on.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate the output of AI bookkeeping agents, setting the quality standard.
• Own the month‑end close process for multiple client accounts.
• Handle financial operations that cannot yet be automated, such as VAT filings, reporting and ad‑hoc one‑offs.
• Serve as the go‑to point of contact for clients, providing timely answers and sanity checks.
• Collaborate with the product team to identify edge cases and improve the AI agents.

Required profile

• Solid background in bookkeeping, audit or controlling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot mis‑booked entries quickly.
• Enjoys client interaction and can communicate financial concepts clearly.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Danish bookkeeping software, preferably e‑conomic.
