SEO/SEM Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. Working remotely, you will shape our search strategy, boost visibility, and manage advertising budgets to achieve measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, expand keyword lists, and optimize on‑page elements such as meta tags, landing pages, and site architecture.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.
• Plan, launch, and continuously optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads to maximize ROI and lower cost per acquisition.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Track, report, and analyze performance metrics using GA4, Google Search Console, and other tools, providing actionable insights.
• Monitor competitor advertising, keyword tactics, and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and AI‑driven search trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup to ensure uninterrupted work.
