Technical Training Manager – Hydronic College (Europe)

About the role

IMI Climate Control is seeking a Hydronic College Training Manager to strengthen technical knowledge across the Nordic region. The role is remote‑based, with frequent travel to customer sites and IMI locations.

Key responsibilities

• Join the Hydronic College main trainers to maintain and expand hydronic and pedagogic expertise for associates and the global sales organisation.
• Develop and deliver internal and external webinars and seminars in coordination with sales to support Climate Control business objectives and new product introductions.
• Maintain and enrich training content on IMI Learn and YouTube platforms.
• Create technical tools, spreadsheets, graphs and simulators that support training activities.

Required profile

• Structured, organized professional with strong pedagogic sensibility and a desire to share knowledge.
• Engineering background with outstanding hydronic system knowledge and 3‑5 years of practical HVAC experience.
• Ability to collaborate with customers, engineering and sales teams, gather and verify technical data, and translate complex topics into commercial teaching material.
• Advanced English proficiency; knowledge of a Scandinavian language is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally for short missions and work autonomously on defined tasks.
