Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager is a full-time remote position responsible for managing and growing client relationships, ensuring customer needs are understood and met promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, handling inquiries and coordinating service delivery.
• Resolve issues in collaboration with internal teams and track account performance.
• Prepare reports and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling solutions.
• Schedule and lead regular client check‑ins, gather feedback, and communicate project updates.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or other account management systems and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong account management and client relationship skills with a customer‑centric approach.
• Experience in coordination, project follow‑up, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present information clearly.
• Analytical mindset with basic data interpretation and reporting abilities.
• Previous experience in account management, customer success, sales support, or related fields.
• Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in business, management, communications, or similar.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
