About the role
We are looking for an Associate Instructional Designer to join our PMO team and create effective learning solutions for our organization. The role involves designing, developing, and evaluating training programs that meet business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, analyse, design, develop, implement and evaluate learning solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, team members and trainers to gather requirements and define training objectives.
- Continuously review and improve existing training programs, materials and processes based on evaluations and changing business needs.
- Develop e‑learning modules using authoring tools and support both remote and classroom delivery.
- Identify performance and skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience creating e‑learning content and delivering training in remote and classroom settings.
- Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects.
