About the role
The Bid Management Manager leads the end‑to‑end bid process, turning client opportunities into winning proposals. This role ensures every submission complies with client requirements while aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full bid lifecycle from initial analysis to final submission.
- Analyse RFPs, RFQs, ITTs and other tender documents to capture client needs.
- Develop bid strategies, create detailed bid plans and maintain timelines.
- Coordinate proposal writing, solution design and architecture with cross‑functional teams.
- Conduct post‑bid evaluations and capture lessons learned.
- Assess and mitigate risks throughout the bidding process.
- Maintain knowledge of contract terms, pricing models and risk management practices.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience in BPO bid management, presales and solutioning.
- Hands‑on experience with proposal development, solution design and solution architecture.
- Strong understanding of contract terms, pricing structures and risk assessment.
