职位概况

负责ABB Process Control Platform (PCP) 产品化业务的分析与推动，主要使用PTC Windchill PLM平台及相关工具，支持研发、产品管理、销售等部门的产品生命周期和上市流程。

主要职责

作为产品化流程的主要联系人，维护并优化PTC Windchill产品管理生命周期（PLM）系统。
与应用经理合作，提升支持产品化的各类应用。
指导IS项目团队和流程经理，确保解决方案符合安全合规要求。
为其他团队提供PLM相关架构改进建议。
主导小型项目或功能增强，提升流程效率。
向管理层汇报项目进展及状态。
协助RFP/RFI工作，管理内部外部供应商投标。

任职要求

5年以上相关工作经验。
熟悉研发业务流程、产品生命周期管理及上市解决方案。
了解PTC Windchill或类似PLM技术及其与其他系统的集成（如API、BizTalk）。
具备推动路线图、项目及维护任务的能力。
有管理虚拟团队、跨地域IS和研发团队的经验。
