Byggeleder / Projektleder – Klimaskærmsafdelingen

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager / Site Manager to lead construction cases within our climate façade department. You will join an organisation that values quality, structure and professionalism in both processes and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage construction cases from start‑up to hand‑over.
• Plan and control time, budget and quality.
• Coordinate craftsmen, partners and suppliers.
• Maintain continuous dialogue with residents and owners throughout the project.
• Develop and follow up on schedules.
• Ensure quality assurance, including fire safety and load‑bearing structures.

Required profile

• Qualified building constructor (tømrer and bygningskonstruktør).
• Approximately 5 years of project management experience in a similar role.
• Comfortable working with both own‑production and main‑contract projects.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with residents and clients.
• Residence in South or West Zealand.
