About the role

Güzelgün Gayrimenkul Danışmanlık is expanding its team and is looking for multiple Real Estate Consultants to join its sales force. The position involves interacting with clients, managing property listings, and driving sales in various districts.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and guide potential buyers through property options.
• Maintain and update property portfolios and client databases.
• Negotiate deals and achieve individual sales targets.
• Collaborate with the internal team to develop marketing strategies.
• Provide accurate market analysis and reporting.

Required profile

• At least a high school diploma or an associate degree.
• Minimum age of 35 years.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or real‑estate related fields is preferred.
• Residence in or near the listed districts (e.g., Çukurambar, Çiğdem, Yüzüncü Yıl, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time independently.
