About the role

Join a leading global online delivery platform as a Courier Operations Coordinator, driving operational excellence within the local logistics ecosystem. You will act as the primary anchor for the end‑to‑end courier lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution of processes and maintaining fleet health.

Key responsibilities

• Process Coordination: Execute the standardized courier journey from onboarding to off‑boarding based on global frameworks.
• Fleet Scaling: Monitor local fleet capacity and implement recruitment plans directed by the Head of Operations.
• Performance Monitoring: Track courier KPIs, identify underperformance and launch improvement plans.
• Business Reporting: Gather local data and performance highlights for Monthly Business Reviews.
• Stakeholder Support: Inform couriers of system changes and resolve first‑level grievances.
• Duty Management: Monitor weather forecasts and relay critical information to Leads and Planners.
• Knowledge Management: Maintain an accurate Courier Knowledge Base.
• Fleet Collaboration: Supervise couriers and Captains, fostering open feedback.
• Sentiment Tracking: Analyse fleet health via Peakon reviews to continuously improve the courier experience.

Required profile

• Operational experience in logistics, last‑mile delivery or retail operations.
• Data literacy with confidence in navigating Excel and dashboards.
• Process‑mindset, disciplined in following global standards while handling local nuances.
• Basic understanding of local delivery regulations and employment laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for a diverse, decentralized workforce.
• Highly motivated to achieve goals and maintain fleet stability.
• Partner‑focused attitude, supporting internal teams and external courier partners.
