Courier Operations Coordinator – Logistics & Transport

About the role

We are looking for a Courier Operations Coordinator to drive operational excellence within our local logistics ecosystem. You will act as the primary anchor for the end‑to‑end courier lifecycle, ensuring fleet health, stable service quality and operational stability.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the standardized courier journey from onboarding to off‑boarding following global frameworks.
• Track local courier KPIs, identify under‑performance and launch improvement plans.
• Collect data and performance highlights to support Monthly Business Reviews.
• Communicate system changes to couriers and resolve first‑level grievances.
• Maintain the Courier Knowledge Base to keep information accurate and accessible.
• Supervise couriers and Captains, providing feedback and fostering collaboration.
• Analyse fleet health through sentiment reviews (e.g., Peakon) to continuously improve the courier experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating logistics, last‑mile delivery or retail operations.
• Strong data literacy with the ability to navigate Excel and dashboards to monitor performance.
• Basic understanding of local delivery operations and employment regulations.
• Commitment to supporting internal teams and external courier partners.
