French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers via phone and live chat, delivering friendly, accurate assistance in both languages while representing our brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English through voice calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, guide them step‑by‑step to resolution, and document each interaction.
• Identify recurring trends, share feedback, and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.
• Maintain a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Strong empathy, communication skills, and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently from a quiet, dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar help‑desk tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems.
