French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fast‑paced, remote‑first team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via voice, live chat, and email while upholding our high standards of professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier support in French and English through voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective, customer‑first resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Provide customer feedback to help improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.

Required skills

• Experience with help‑desk platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk or similar.
• Knowledge of Shopify or other e‑commerce platforms.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
• Personal computer with at least an i5 processor and reliable 25 Mbps internet connection.
