Hydronic College Training Manager – Europe

About the role

IMI Climate Control is seeking a Hydronic College Training Manager to strengthen hydronic expertise across the Nordic region. The role is remote‑based, preferably in Denmark or another Scandinavian country, and involves frequent travel to support customers and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Join the Hydronic College main trainers to maintain and expand hydronic and pedagogic knowledge for associates and the global sales organisation.
• Develop and deliver internal and external webinars and seminars in coordination with sales to support business objectives and new product introductions.
• Maintain and enrich training content on IMI Learn and YouTube platforms.
• Create technical tools, spreadsheets, graphs and simulators that support training activities.

Required profile

• Structured, organized individual with strong pedagogic sensibility.
• Engineering background with outstanding hydronic system knowledge and 3–5 years of practical HVAC experience.
• Ability to interact with customers, engineering and sales colleagues, gather and verify technical data, and translate complex topics into hands‑on teaching material.
• Advanced English proficiency; knowledge of a Scandinavian language is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally for short missions.
• Team player who can also work autonomously with a high sense of responsibility.
