Internal Audit – Entry Level (CA Fresher)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated recent Chartered Accountant (CA) graduate to join our internal audit team. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to develop audit expertise while supporting governance and risk management across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits and process audits for various business units.
• Review processes, subprocesses, and control activities to ensure compliance.
• Perform SOX and IFC reviews and assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify risks, assess the effectiveness of controls, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare audit reports and support governance initiatives.

Required profile

• Recent CA graduate (CA Fresher) seeking an entry‑level role.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal control frameworks.
