Investment Administrator (N'Djamena)

About the role

Inkomoko Chad is looking for an Investment Administrator to support the management of its investment portfolio, maintain borrower records, and ensure compliance with disbursement and reporting processes. The role is based in N'Djamena and involves close collaboration with the investment, compliance, and loan teams.

Key responsibilities

• Take lead on Investment Committee meeting minutes and other department meetings.
• Administer Inkomoko Chad's CBS System, creating and updating borrower profiles, registering payments, and tracking disbursements.
• Track, file, and report on compliance with disbursements, collections, and other non‑financial matters.
• Generate reports on investment disbursement, closing investments, and active investments.
• Participate actively in the weekly Portfolio Review Meeting.
• Compile the pipeline from the BGS Team and prepare lists for UNHCR verification.
• File and maintain investment contracts, legal documents, and other records in both paper and electronic formats.
• Manage communication between lending and other departments, investigating and resolving issues efficiently.
• Analyze fee discrepancies, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with all requirements.

Required profile

• Strong organizational ability to lead meeting minute taking and documentation.
• Experience handling borrower information, loan disbursements, and payment registration.
• Attention to detail for filing contracts, legal documents, and compliance reporting.
• Proactive communication skills to coordinate between lending and other teams.
• Capability to compile data pipelines and support UNHCR verification processes.
